ah undercooked food, never had a problem with it, ate it anyways.....needless to say I come from a family where both my parents were alive during the last depression and at that point you were just happy to HAVE ANY food....so we had to eat everything on our plates ---even the stuff we hated (and the stuff my mom didnt cook so well---)....guess thats where I got my iron stomach from....(watch the travel channel sometime--catch the andrew zimmern program about bizarre foods....now that some stuff I WILL avoid).

red if you need to know which grammar rules azzer broke, check out your english text or take the quote to your english teacher...the grammar nazi is on holiday.

Tea does have more caffeine, but coffee seems to affect me more. I don't know, maybe I haven't found the right tea yet. Suggestions?

Tea is pretty good. I prefer to buy it when I'm in China (it's more expensive here, and usually not as good), but obviously that's not often an option.

The generic grocery store stuff is ok I guess, for everyday use.

Thanks for the suggestions. Used to drink Earl Grey, but just got in the habit of making coffee. Need to try new stuff.

Well lets see here today... lab, lunch, class, dinner, work, sleeeeeeeeeeep. I have not been able to get my normal amount of sleep lately due to having to go into lab... But no lab tonight so I am gonna sleep.

I never drink soda/colas that have HFCS (that high fructose corn syrup for you all....and yes it is bad---dont believe the ads!! its NOT natural!!).

and tea, try green, black or white (all are types of green tea)....there are TONS of green teas out there (and I dont mean the snapple or lipton type---sugar is NOT part of green tea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)....ah I am better now...there is really no reason to put sugar in tea as it is supposed to be that way.
Another good tea is barley tea, usually japanese people drink it cold in the summer months, but I find that its good in the winter warm as well .....and yes NO SUGAR!!

man I missed something again?????arrrrghhhh....oh well, that will teach me to sleep.
